Delivery & Return Policy
All orders received before 4pm Monday-Thursday (excluding Cyprus Bank Holidays)
will be normally dispatched the next day.
Orders received between Friday - Sunday (or Public holidays) will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.
All orders over €40, are sent completely Free of Charge to your local ACS couriers. In most cases the package with be available for collection from your local ACS courier the 1-2 working days (although sometimes there are delays that are out of our control). If you wish to discuss alternative delivery options or need express delivery, please call us on 70 07 07 08, to enquire. Please also be informed that we may change delivery company service or courier depending on the circumstances.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination.
For EU countries please allow 5-7 working days from the day your order was shipped.
For Non-EU countries please allow 7-10 working days from the day your order was shipped.

We not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Limassol Duck Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
Delay in delivery and non-delivery
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods in the following circumstances:
– Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us
– Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of post office, couriers and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labor disputes or malicious damage involving employees.
You can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.

In the unlikely event that you want to return your product, we offer a 7 working days returns policy, providing that the products or consumables are unopened, unused and in resalable condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for wrong orders, please check your cart before checkout to ensure you have the correct products / quantities.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, please allow up to 3 weeks for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will proceed with a refund to the buyer of the gift voucher.
